What Shop Momentum stores about your shop, why, and for how long. Updated 8 October 2026.

What we store. Your Etsy shop id, user id and shop name; your Etsy access and refresh tokens, encrypted with AES-256-GCM; for each active listing its id, title, link and tags; and one snapshot a day of each listing's views and saves (favorites). We also keep a hash of your sign-in session and of your agent key, never the key itself.

What we never read. Orders, buyers, messages, addresses, payments or other shops. We ask Etsy only for listings_r and shops_r.

How long. Daily snapshots for 14 days. Everything goes at once when you disconnect, when you take access back on Etsy, or after 30 days with nobody opening your dashboard.

Who sees it. You, and any AI agent you give your agent key to. We do not sell or share it. It is stored on Cloudflare, which runs this service.
